Room of Silence
In cooperation with Community Heidelberg, the Institute for Compassion offers a 'Room of Silence' in Heidelberg's Weststadt.
Here, anyone passing by is invited to settle down in a protected and peaceful place and enter into their own silence.
Silence means something different for everyone. It is probably always about coming to peace with oneself and with others. The gaze automatically wanders inward.
